terrible multi-storey carpark

dunno nowadays how multi storey carpark are built. the entrance and exit are ridiculously near. the space for vehicles to move about are small. was stuck in the multi storey carpark for 1 hour. due to the bad infrastructure of the multi storey carpark behind the kallang airport hawker centre. food there was superb. great dinner but the carpark was bad. real bad! many drivers were horning non-stop (that includes my uncle). thats real noise pollution to the residents there. well... wad to do? imagine u park at level 5 and kena stuck there for 1 bloody hour just to drive out. ~rolleys~
