Went to Comex after that. Irritated by the staff at X Box. We were waiting for Victor, Yong Zhi and Xiao Ming in front of their booth (no choice. too much people and limited space). He thought we were interested but we explained that we were only waiting for our friends. He then said "STAND AWAY FROM HERE BECAUSE YOU ALL ARE BLOCKING MY BOOTH !!!"
This had really made me lose my cool. Is that how you treat customers??? I did gave him a good time. Simply intolerable. Nearly wanted to complain to the supervisor or manager of X Box. Darn!! Where is his courtesy? So unprofessional. ~fumes~
These youngsters just don't know what is customer service. They are just there to earn some cash for themselves and F**k off after that. Is that how one should behave? Sigh.... !!
I'll be a supervisor soon. What if i had such staff???
