Feeling fresh now. Finally exercised. Since Chinese New Year i had not been going much exercise. Worse when i was in Taiwan. Ever since i injured my knee i had never done any exercise at all. Now that i'm back.. its time to. Swam 20 laps and jogged for 2km. Shiok. haha. but my knee wasn't tat gd still. Can feel the weakness and the shaky feeling after tedious activity. At least i am doing exercise on my own pace. And i will not over stress it.
